Is there a warranty on any appliance I purchase from you?
All of our appliances come with a full 60 day warranty.  If you experience any problems with your appliance, we will repair the problem.  If, for some reason, we are unable to repair the problem we will exchange the appliance for another of equal value. 

Do you deliver?
Yes.  We charge $35.00 for delivery and standard in-home set up in the Milwaukee area.  For an additional $24.95 we also offer gas hook-up using a new 5 foot flex line.  Deliveries are scheduled in a 2 hour window so you are not waiting at home all day. 

What do you charge for coming to my home to repair my appliance?
Our trip charge for in-home service is $39.95 in the Milwaukee area.  This includes checking out the unit and quoting the full cost of the repair service. If you should decide you do not want the appliance serviced, you pay just the $39.95 trip charge plus tax.  Our in-home service comes with a factory warranty on parts and we cover the labor.

What do your appliances cost?
Our refrigerators start at $99 and up.  Gas stoves start at $125 and up with electric stoves beginning at $99 and up.  Dryers start at $99 and up and washers start at $99 and up. We also have rebuilt dishwashers, freezers and air conditioners. Our inventory changes daily, with new pieces constantly coming out on the floor. 

What are your store hours and where are you located?
We are open Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Sundays are optional just give us a call at 414-744-7744.  We are located at 2865 S. Kinnickinnic Avenue in Bayview in the same building as Cousin’s Subs. 

Can I bring my appliance in to you for checkout and repair?
Yes.  For an up-front check out fee of $25.00, our service technicians will be happy to check out your appliance and will call you with the total cost of the repair.  The $25.00 check out fee is applied to that total cost.
